MINDFULNESS: LEARNING TO BE FULLY AWARE & AWAKE
Mindfulness has gone mainstream because it is a simple and effective tool that re-connects us with our selves and helps us to cope with the symptoms of living life the way we do now. Put simply, we learn to re-cover awareness.
Mindfulness is the art of creating concentrated, non-judgemental, clear awareness; with good intention, in the present moment.
Using contemplative practices (Meditation) we cultivate Mindfulness to gain clearer access to our inner mechanics and outer worlds. With practice it allows us to tune into our-full-selves, so that we have a more balanced and productive relationship with our minds, our self, our relationships and the environments we inhabit. We start to feel less swept away by a busy mind, auto-pilot speech, triggered behaviours and endless streams of preoccupying thought.
I facilitate sessions to teach the tools and practices of Mindfulness based Meditaiton and Restorative Yoga; addressing specific sticking-points or simply creating thinking room to recalibrate during the course of a busy day and life.

A short session at the start of the day to get you into a clear space for all the day holds.
LUNCH TIME RE-CALIBRATE
Despite being the sleepy hour, it's a good time to stop and find your awake, so that the afternoon is a clean slate.
HALF-DAY MINDFULNESS WORKSHOP
Learn tools, spend time unwinding and rewiring.
FULL-DAY URBAN RETREAT
A good length of time to really sink into your skin and head-space, get a handle on what's going on, find your breath, connect to your body (that's the thing below your head), still your mind and find more clarity, lightness and space.
We can design a series of sessions or programme that fits with who you are and what's going on for you, on an individual and / or group level.
